  • Scan and workflow history is retained according to your account lifecycle and deletion actions.
  • Billing and transaction records may be retained longer where required by law or financial regulations.

  • You can manage key profile settings in your account workspace.
  • You can request export or deletion actions through account settings and support workflows.

BrokerGuard is designed for compliance-sensitive operations and may process data under state-specific and federal requirements. Rights and obligations can vary by state and may include additional disclosure, access, deletion, correction, and appeal rights.
